Online Video Will Be as EASY as A Phone Call

Now wait a minute. Can this be real? I mean, phone calls are easy and simple, but can the use of online videos or visual communication take over?
I was reading an article by a guy named Josh Catone, YouTube: Online Video Will Be as Easy as A Phone Call (http://www.sitepoint.com/blogs/2008/09/17/youtube-online-video-will-be-as-easy-as-a-phone-call/) and he talks about the future of online videos and how they are working on how to make the sharing of online videos available to be viewed on television or mobile. He then talked about how roughly every second, YouTube gets about 13 hours of videos. That's amazing. Online videos are getting more and more popular that Catone believes this number might be rising even higher. Its amazing how so many people across the world uploads videos and how many are actually interested in something like this.
Back in the days when camcorders were around, the only people that could only view these videos were yourself or with friends and family. You literately had to have a VCR and had to either go to that persons house or get the video from that person. That's now in the past. Now, you can use your cell phones, digital cameras and so on to record videos and put them on the Internet and people from all over the world can view this. If you had family half way across the world and you wanted them to see this video made, all you do is call or e-mail them up and tell them what site it is on like YouTube, type in the title or tag and then they will be able to see the online video you had made. So can many others.
